Session 1: your values, your story and your non‑negotiables.
Session 2: one master goal, split into four or five sub‑goals you can measure.
Sessions 3–9: one sub‑goal per session, one decision and one dated action each time, with a review at session 5.
Session 10: what you learned, what you keep, and the next 90 days.
You receive a written summary after each session and rate every session out of 10. When a door needs opening, I introduce you to my network. If it is not working, we stop at session 3 and you pay only for what you used.
